coming off the 2nd and 3rd best attended games on the season, cp certainly picked a weird time to take a shot at the fanbase. i'll agree that those that are booing hm are retarded but he needs thicker skin

When was Cleveland's last title while developing young talent? A high payroll doesn't guarantee anything, but it has helped them make the playoffs almost every year.

Previous "prospects" Tom Glavine, CC Sabathia, Greg Maddux, Sandy Koufax and many other hall of fame pitchers had an ERA over 4.40 after there first 3 full seasons. Your cuz Ubaldo's ERA is not better than either Pom or White right now...and he's been in the league over 5 years.

Regarding the trade, Pom and White aren't what you thought they were. Tribe would have been better going after Pence. It is what it is. No sense in me getting pissed or bringing it up every thread though.

I was sifting through a good bit of them. Hell, he had one from the all star game with Sandy in 97...it wasn't Hammy's call obviously, but just to hear the roar of the crowd brought goosebumps. I miss those days.
