Chris Perez has been lights out since his blown save. I trash him quite a bit, but I'm also fair.

Nah, thats the power from the right side.
Jesus the Central is bad. KC and Minny (especially Minny) might be the 2 worst teams in baseball.grodt;1160761 wrote:I don't care how early it is, this still looks good

KC beat Veralander. I wouldn't have thunk it. Maybe the kitties are vulnerable. That's why they play the games ....well, and to make money too:laugh:

They pounded Luke Hochevar...who for some reason owns the Tribe. But Jonathan Sanchez was effectivly wild and got throw 6 unscathed. Then, Aaron Crow of all people, served up the game tying HR. But Benoit gave up a run in the 9th, and KC held on. It was a bizzare game, cause Sanchez was all over the place, but never threw ball 4 (only 1 BB I think, and a HBP).

Baseball is such an odd sport. One day you can be at the top of your game, the next day you can lose it and never get it back. This has happened to plenty of players. I hope Choo can figure his shit out.Glory Days;1160917 wrote:He hasnt been right since his DUI.

I just wonder if there is a "book" out on how to get Choo out now? I mean, some players just can never make the adjustments. I remember that was the case with that dude from Milwaukee that beat out Kenny Lofton for rookie of the year. Had a great rookie season, but then he was figured out and never heard from again.

i dont think its really that he has been figured out. i just think he needs to start getting consistent hits and playing time. he should go down and DH at columbus or something for a few weeks.wes_mantooth;1161022 wrote:I just wonder if there is a "book" out on how to get Choo out now? Choo is just missing pitches. He doesn't look comfortable up there any longer. I wonder if all the times he's been hit has fucked with his psyche as well.
I really hope he gets it together, because next to Santana he has the best swing approach on the team.

Tribe up 3-0 so far. Kotchman has an RBI, Kipnis had a triple with an RBI.

4-2 after Chisox get a "lucky" bounce off Masterson to plate 2. I say lucky because Masterson COULD have fielded it for the out and no runs score. But it was hit hard and was a very tough play.
Then Druby with a solo shot.
