sexual orientation is likely viewed in the same light, and his religious views are protected in the same manner. The clause in itself allows contradiction. Some religious, codes of conduct, and means of punishment violate mandated equality claims. The only way to prevent this is to specifically deny right religious objection to certain lifestyles or groups of people, and that type of legislation is dangerous to say the least.the_system;1154834 wrote:I have to question what would happen if him, or any coach, would have publicly said they didn't like whites/blacks/browns etc. Or if he said he didn't like christians. 100% that coach isn't there anymore because of discrimination. You have to wonder why sexual orientation (protected in their non-discrimination policy) isn't viewed in the same light.
