So what happens, say if Dalton gains 3 or 4 boys and has 112 or 113 boys? The cutoff for D7 is 111 and the start of D6 is 114 so would Dalton be in limbo with 112 or 113?

Also Orrville and Smithville could change divisions with gains or losses of 2 boys from the last enrollment figures., and be D4 and D6 instead of the assumed D5 from those figures. I guess we will have to wait until 2013 to see those numbers.

D6 is 'said' to start at 114 simply because that's the first school in D6 and that is their enrollment. Any school at the line will be placed in the division best suited to 'even out' the divisions. It can also be used on geographical concerns.
