Yes. If it works for you, then it's fine. That's what he's been fucking telling you for five posts now.

Of course it doesn't. Did someone dispute that?

Belief doesn't make something real. Belief is the result.

You were. Belief is not the result of any reality. If it is, and you are talking to ghosts, seek professional medical attention.

That is all.

I have not only have I not posted that belief creates reality, I have posted multiple times that it is belief is the result as opposed to the cause.

Believing doesn't make it so. It being so makes people believe.

I think it was the first Star Wars that I saw and it was when I was around JH age. It's the only time and the only one I have seen.

No. And I absolutely reject your notion that it being real causes people to believe. It's not real. It's never been proven, its not real. This shouldn't be complicated.

Yes, we have disagreed with on that point the entire thread. That hasn't changed at all.

Then they should seek medical attention. Their reality is broken, that is a symptom of dementia.

Glad we got that out of the way, all believers should be in mental wards.

You can touch fake boobies. Are they fake or real?

And if you still say they are fake, I find them comforting.

So.... Am I stupid for enjoying something that is comforting to me?

Terrible analogy. You can verify if boobs are fake or real.

Is there a difference between something that exists as an artificial replacement for something else and something that is completely imaginary? Do you ever wish a woman you are with had bigger boobs, so you just comfort yourself with the air around her boobs and convince yourself that you are actually touching tit?

What if it's not believed to be artificial and it isn't replacing something but it is it's own entity?

I think you've been through this, but a person who makes himself believe in something that doesn't exist doesn't suddenly mean that thing actually exists.

Millions of kids believe Santa Clause exists, not as something artificial but as his own entity, who along with his reindeer somehow defies space, time, and gravity to deliver presents all over the world in a matter of a few hours one day a year. Is he real?

I also think I have agree with that premise.

Belief doesn't create reality.

...again, yet in a a different way as a follow up to the thought process I quoted. I chose to ask it differently just like others have asked the same thing differently. It can lend to approaching the issue from a different angle.
