Also, from Darren Rovell....prices of concessions...
You just pay out the ass for tickets, but I heard Augusta is a lot better to go to compared to other tournaments. It's not as crowded and the galleries are smaller.Laley23;1136589 wrote:Augusta doesnt rip you off, comparatively speaking, to most pro events.
While I believe that Ginny Rometty should be a member, it is really the decsion of the Augusta National Golf Club.....and no one else.wildcats20;1136604 wrote:Billy Payne needs a reality check.

I hope Tebow has extra security with you being in such a close proximity.Speedofsand;1136876 wrote:Par 3 was rained out today. Friends of mine from Akron went to Myrtle last weekend, then to Augusta for practice rounds.
I like Sawgrass. Prices are good, concessions are high, but the women walking around make you forget about the golf. I'll be there the 14th for Tebow's charity event. I wonder if Urban will really show up.
#fail. Tim was pretty much mobbed last year. I told his parents how awful it must have been for him. This year they have posted no outside items are allowed to be autographed. Only event programs, which they didn't have last year, will be signed. Hopefully this will cut way back on the ebay scumbags attending.Automatik;1136935 wrote: I hope Tebow has extra security with you being in such a close proximity.
No, won the ticket lottery for a few passes so paid face value.Automatik;1136935 wrote:Got good connect eh?

You mean, appealing to what their audience wants? Gee, how dumb of them. Why do they give a fuck what the leader board is supposed to be? They can list it however the hell they want.ccrunner609;1137577 wrote:I love how all the leader boards on TV and net list Tiger as -1 in 3rd position on the 6th hole just to hype his BS, the leader board is supposed to be listed in order of who is closest to the 18th.

But, why do they care? They arent affiliated with the PGA. They can list the scores however they want. They dont even have to list the scoreboard that way on their actual coverage, but they do. Everyone is going to list it how they feel will get the information out that their audience wants to see.ccrunner609;1137584 wrote:thats not the way its supposed to be. As for the course, 15th green looks like a dong and balls this year, LOLOL
