Then tell me why there is a Black Caucus in congress...many Black academic clubs at opublic colleges all over the United States, etc etc etc. If I tried to start a 'White Accounting Club' while I was in school, the first ophone call I would have received would have been from the ACLU, followed by Jesse Jackson.

Please tell me how the acceptance of this in our society today is not racist?

but groups like black academic clubs etc, provide support and encouragement in my experience for issues that may come up specifically to being black. and there are issues that are specific to black people many times. my bro is a member of a black lawyer association and i beleive their mission is to increase membership of black lawyers in the profession and provide support and mentorship that they likely did not recieve for said issues. they have white members as well. i also highly doubt black academic clubs or groups that you mentioned bar people of other races who also want to help
