These 2 idiots should be fuckin beaten beyond recognition, anyone know who they are? A buddy send me a link to the pic and said they are the ones killing dogs in the Youngstown, Ohio area.

I don't know anything about it being old. He sent it to me tonight and said that there was a bunch of dogs being killed and hung in the Youngstown area the past few months and these guys might be responsible. I really do hope it is fake, but he thinks it is real and said he even sent it to the local news station up there.
