Heaven help Rex and Sanchez if the Jets start 0-2.

The calls for Tebowmania will be deafening.

Kyle Orton was run clear out of town after only 5 games last year, and NY fans are animals compared to those in Denver.

This has all the makings of a spectacularly chaotic situation, and I can't wait to watch it.

Coming to NYC. I can already see him walking off the field Broadway Joe style after leading a huge comeback victory. He will have the #1 selling Jersey in the league, and the Tebowmania we saw in Denver I think is a fraction of the level that is going to occur now that he is a Jet.

Tebowmania will be Linsanity on steroids if he finds a way to make an impact. The city will be buzzing.

The day Tebow becomes the starting QB is the day I stop being a Jets fan (until the current coaching staff and GM are gone, of course).

They started 1-4 and that was after a terrible season the year before from Orton. Why shouldn't have Orton been replaced?

I don't see how anyone can believe this will help the Jets sell jerseys and tickets, as if they need the help. NY/NJ isn't exactly God's country.

Everytime Sanchez makes a mistake the camera is going to pan over to Tebow. Do you know how much attention they'll get the second Sanchez has a bad game and they announce Tebow as the starter? It's going to be awesome to want NYJ just for the lulz

Also, sanchez was already a mental pussy. Makes a shit throw and pouts like a baby. I can see the pressure getting to him, especially with how the new york media is. However, I don't think tebow will be starting in the first 8 games.

This I can't disagree with. He's durable as shit and gets right back up after a big hit, but god damn I hate the pouting. If his mental toughness was as good as his physical toughness he'd be pretty damn good.
