These stickers are the new OBX. Everytime I look over at the person driving and maybe 1 of every 5 I see someone who looks in reasonable shape who would actually run the marathon vs walking half of it.

I've run both, but look like I wouldn't be able to.

I think bumper stickers / window stickers are gay.

Hope this helps.

Saw a bunch of the stickers at the Maize Valley Winery outside Hartville last fall. It was the day they were sponsoring a marathon. Most of the runners looked in pretty good shape. Runners got a meal and two glasses of wine after the race. One of them told us that there are breweries that sponsor races too.

BTW... the wine we tasted there wasn't very good.

Putting stickers on your vehicle about places traveled seems a lot more dumb to me, than a sticker for completing half or full marathons.
In fact, even more dumb is when fans place stickers on their vehicle for colleges they never attended or stickers for pro-teams in a sport which they never competed.thx sv

Agree on all accounts. I feel like I should put an 18 sticker on my car because I walked 18 once.

Not impressed with swimming 2.4 miles prior to doing anything on land?

I hate the stickers that are suppose to represent family members. Cool you have five people in your family, way to go.
