I have an itch to play a certain type of video game... and the best way I can describe it is like Diablo. I'm itching to play something where you have a character (either a sorceror, warrior, archer, etc.) and you go thru various stages and collect some sort of money and various weapons, armor, artifacts, etc. and "power up" your character. Again, the best way I can describe it is like Diable where you can collect cloaks, rings, helmets, etc. that all add different types of "boosts" to your character, and then you can collect certain swords or staffs that provide different magical powers.

I own a PS3, by the way.

Any ideas?

I would probably look at Diablo III, but that's not available for PS3.

As others have said....Skyrim.

Could start with Oblivion, if you wanted, but Skyrim is better, though both are phenominal.

"Champions - Return To Arms" - old school PS2 game (imo) very similar to D2.
Pretty sure ps2 games play on ps3? If you can find it, you will like it.




Word is once Diablo 4 is released, it will play on PS3.
