Will stick with my Kindle for reading and Phone for internet/dicking around for those prices. $500 is still too much for me for a hybrid of a computer and a phone. Yes, its sweet, but no I don't need one for that price.

AT&T's service is getting worse in my area. Which doesn't make sense as they've supposedly been spending more than any other company to improve cell service.

In all seriousness, the price drop for the iPad 2 is not enough. Not that I would buy one, but the iPad 3 is the better deal.

IPad 2 needed to drop where the duel core Android tablets are going to be

Apple never drops their prices. And they don't have to because people still buy them!! Apple products hold their value so they don't drop them.

Trying to get through the pre-order process but it keeps throwing an error. I also keep second guessing which one to get. I am leaning towards the 32gb 4G.

This. My fiance has wanted an iPad, and for all she would use it for I was hoping for a decent reduction on the 2 (as in $199), but no. For what is offered, it makes sense to buy new model.

I have my HP Touchpad flashed with Android ICS. I'll pass on "The new iPad"... BTW, WTF if up with the stupid ass name?

If the iPhone 5 is as underwhelming as this, I'll either stick to the 4 or see if there is actually a worthy Android phone out by then.

How do you like the touchpad? I had one, but flipped it on ebay before xmas.

With ICS it's actually a very nice Android tablet. My friend has the Xoom and I actually prefer the Touchpad over that. I don't care much for Web OS so I hardly mess around with that side of the tablet... I did hear that HP made Web OS open source, so that could get interesting.
