JJ Hardy gets deked by A-Rod and fails to score the run to put the O's up by 3-1. The very limited range of Jeter allowed him to be set up for it. JJ was watching A-Rod as he approached 3B instead of the 3B coach.

Adam Jones takes a step in, then cruises back, then turns on the jets too late and allows Jeter's 2 out fly ball to get over his head and knock in the tying run at 1-1.

Wow, what a move by the Yanks. Bench A-rod and it works. HR ties it. Ibanez with the HR.

I did like the Yankees oldies after Ibanez tying HR....they are zillionaire super vets and the benched Arod was happier than anyone, Jeter, Rivera....celebrating like 1st timers....left off the roster Andruw Jones....Mariano

Yeah...it was enormous and tied the game, but I've witnessed a lot of primma dona pouters go through the motions on stuff like that.

Looks like a Tiger/Yankee ALCS. The two most hated teams in baseball. Fuck them, I will not watch it.

It's not over...the best teams will move on.

The Yankees have the biggest bandwagon of any team in the world.....also have the most unwarranted hate.

How the heck are the Tigers the next most hated?

Tigers? Really?

They do have Verlander today, but with the way the As can get hot and how they're at home, I'd say today is a toss-up.
