If you strip down any sandwich to the meat and veggies it won't be near as bad for you. I laugh at people who go to Subway and order a Chicken Bacon Ranch with the cheese bread, add mayo, and think it's healthy because it's Subway.
True. The thing is though you CAN make the sandwiches very healthy. There are some that are very anti healthy no doubt about that.
I think the ones I usually would get would be like 750 calories for a footlong. Still less than a big mac with fries, plus it has alot of vegetables and overall healthy....and a footlong is much more filling, and can be used as TWO meals, than a big mac meal.
They get ya with the cheese, making it a meal with chips/cooke and a drink.
You are still W A Y ahead to get many of their footlong subs, eating it for two meals, than any of the value meals you get at a FF place that you would eat in one sitting.
