You missed the point obviously. It's not about employment and interstate commerce. Although, if just ONE BUGGY goes into Pennsylvania to trade milk for shears, then by definition, there is interstate commerce. The point is that the United States government has enacted different rules for religious reasons. In each example, the rules and regulations are NOT the same for all, as the government has made exceptions based solely on religious grounds. In the Catholics vs. HHS, the government has told them that they need to buck up and distribute condoms, contraceptive pills, abortion pills, diaphragms, and whateverthefuck else they deem to be "free" EVEN THOUGH it is AGAINST the Catholic religion. In other words, the government has made changes to the rules and regulations based on religious objections, but not so when it comes to Catholics.
While I agree this is more of a 1st Amendment fight, the cases made on here and in the media that religions always go with what Uncle Sam demands are plainly false.
