Anyone watch the WEC tonight? Fantastic!

MMA fans where you at? WEC last night was great! Bellator tonight, got the DVR set up!

I watched it. There were some damn good fights. I am glad Cruz won. I can't stand Benavidez.. Was glad to see Bart Palaszewski get a win. I liked him in the IFL.

Will be watching Sat for sure you know why Diaz is fighting and he or his bro are the best.

James Toney has been fighting the battle of the bulge for most of his time at heavyweight in boxing. He's simply a bad body guy. So how much do you read into the latest photos featuring Toney going through his MMA conditioning? He faced 47-year-old Randy Couture next weekend at UFC 118.

October starts regular wrestling tournaments, I'm not sure if we want to have him going back and forth and getting confused. We will see though.

I don't think Toney will make it a round (conditioning wise), he's no Roy Nelson.

Chuck also has/had 10x the TD defense that Toney does/will have. Randy will take this fight to the ground very early, Toney's only chance is in his first couple punches, because after that he'll be on his back or up against the cage.

Chuck was also a division I wrestler. Toney is not. No way does he learn enough takedown defense in the past few months to be able to stop a wrestler like Randy.
