Agreed. There are a lot of people that take offense when I say stuff like "Black man" as opposed to just man. It doesn't make any sense to me that people actually take offense for me using the traits of a person to identify them. There are people that also get mad or take offense when I say "Asians are good at math" or "Black people are good at sports". The only thing is that they could have chosen better wording, like "Asian Lady", but of course that would have been made a big deal too.
