OSU plays too slow, no real consistent ball movement, and poor spacing for the most part. No one can create their own shot, Craft has to be more assertive to not only score but penetrate which he can do.

We just look so goddam out of synch--sloppy, not confident, like we're trying too hard. Thomas and Sully look good, Buford not--Craft still pressing.

How about giving Ill some credit? They are playing well, two guys shooting lights out. And they are tough shots they are hitting. I doin't believe OSU played that poorly. When the other team makes shots, you can't get out and run.

That has nothing to do with Ohio State's offense and lack of ability to create shots.

I hate responses like this. OSU isn't playing good. They haven't really played that well overall in a few games. They have sluggish periods and play down to their competition.

Nobody on this team is consistently able to create their own shot and it seems like Buford has regressed. I'm just not that impressed overall with what I'm seeing right now.

Hell, the defense is even having lapses right now. Aaron Craft is an offensive liability because he can't shoot for shit. There isn't much ball movement on offense either.

Just a very stagnant team right now.

Yeah, it seems like they just stopped improving after the Dook game.

I talked about this the other week, the floor spacing is non existent at times because they don't fear the 3 ball like they did last year. Sully isn't on an island anymore with the defender because of this.

OSU isn't playing that poorly. Some of you just dont' realize the level of basketball that goes on. Ill is shooting lights out tonite. Not easy shots either. And really, I can't stand responses like urs above either.

God I agree with all this and it sucks. Thomas is the only player who has improved this year...wtf?

This is true. Diebler was great at feeding the post. And his man couldn't help off at all. Dakich made great point about getting Thomas to feed ball instead of Craft. His man can help, double.
