Would have been fun if 30 degrees colder with all this rain.

Something like 1 inch of rain equals a foot of snow? Something like that.....


Woulda been nice to have a white xmas.

Think that is the correlation....it can depend on other things but that is the general number. The thing is tho.......USUALLY it is the warm weather with the moist air and dry air with the cold weather.....so ya dont usually see this much moisture AND the cold. It happens at times, but that is maybe once a year.

I'm assuming the SW corner of Michigan, because of the lake effect is the reason why they get dumped on, a lot more frequently then Ohio. (insert thank you, Mr. Obvious)
Went to school in SW Michigan for a bit, remember they set what was then a record of like over 4 feet in a 24 hour period. Friggin' snow flakes were the size of softballs.

As much as we'd all like to have a white christmas I don't think its going to bother me too much if we don't have it. The weather isn't what its all about anyways.

Does make you wonder if we're gonna get all the nasty weather on the back half of winter though when things are supposed to be clearing up

Weather is definitely screwing with my sinuses. Woke up with my head pounding, throat closed/scratchy & congested, big time. Hate it.

I've never missed snow so much. This rain is shit. I'd rather the ground be frozen right now, then sloppy and muddy.

I let the dogs out and 2 sets of foot prints all across the house. I'd like it freeze to cut down on the mud.
