It's so pathetic how many Cleveland fans, who for years defended Lebron's amazing 4th quarter stats in the argument against Kobe, now say he's not clutch because he doesn't know how to co-exist with another superstar in a close game in the 4th. I'm looking at you BR.
BR doesn't know anything about killer instinct. He won't even attend the games.

Ever since then, LeBron hasn't done shit to show he has that killer instinct in big games.

Where was that "killer instinct" in Game 4,5 or 6 of The NBA FINALS last year?

Did you not read the bottom part of my post? "he doesn't know how to co-exist with another superstar in a close game in is the 4th"

He hasn't shown it since that Boston series when he decided to pack it in and leave for Miami, and doesn't know how to play alongside someone else with a killer instinct (Wade).

Lebron definitely had a killer instinct in Cleveland when he was the only viable option. Now those same people who loved the killer instinct in CLE are turning around and saying he's never had it, simply because they hate Lebron after what happened. I find it hilarious.

How so? Lebron led the NBA in 4th quarter scoring almost every year as a Cavalier.

The stats don't lie, and neither does the film. Lebron has a killer instinct but has issues co-existing with Wade. How is that a cop out if it's the truth?

And what are you using to back up your argument? That my argument is a "cop out"? What a pathetic response.

Hmmm, before Lebron joins the Heat he was more clutch than Kobe. Man, I hate when I find information that backs up my argument.

You're up Skyhook.

What does any of that have to do with how Lebron played in Games 4,5 or 6 on the biggest stage in the NBA?

We know, because you don't know how to argue. You stopped reading legitimate stats that go against your argument. That's the argument process of a 5 year old. Congratulations, now go away until you can argue like a big boy.

Talking about Lebron's clutchness. No one better to compare him to than the "Skyhook proclaimed king of clutch" Kobe.

Why is this relevant? Because when discussing the merits of Kyrie vs. Lebron, it was incorrectly brought up that Lebron lacks a "clutch gene" when in reality he was the best 4th quarter player in the league in his time with the Cavs.

People are really trying to say they would rather have Kyrie Irving than Lebron James? Talk about delusional. The greatest talent to ever play the game and a guy who will go down as a top3 player. Also by far the most all around player this game has seen in a long time. There is no argument to be made for Kyrie. Kyrie could turn into a star but he will never be a superstar, and he could never take a team to the finals with the worst talent of any NBA finals team I have ever seen like Lebron did. Lebron is miles better than Kyrie and the fact that you guys are arguing this just shows your hatred.

Excuse me while I LMAO. LBJ top 3 player? Hardly. I'll take Big O, Jordan, Shaq, Kareem, Magic, Russell, Wilt, etc... right off the top of my head. Magic played in the league for 12 seasons, played in 9 NBA Finals, LBJ will never come close to that.

The bolded part is in reference to always having LBJ's penis in your mouth. We get it, you like LBJ, cool. You're getting to the point of getting in Failhook/2fail4u Kobe penis riding territory.

Another case of team accomplishments trumping individual accomplishments. Those are irrelevant when discussing who is the better player.

lol @ Kyrie over LeBron.

Are we talking about overall production or pure basketball ability? If we're talking pure basketball ability, I can see an argument for him being top 3. Would I place him in the top 3? Probably not, but I wouldn't call someone crazy for doing it.

This simply is a made up stat. Carmelo is second to Kobe in game winning shots. LeBron is actually pretty far down the list.

Championships are a team accomplishment, have you ever played a sport? Lebron is a better player than Magic Johnson, without question imo. Hard to compare eras but Lebron would eat Magic alive.

For the record I never said Kyrie was better or more talented than LeBron. I simply said that right now I would take Kyrie because he is going to give me more long term production being that he's younger. He also isn't a guy who isn't going to demand the ball to be effective and is easier to build a team around. This was never a question of "who's better"....that is an obvious answer.

Right, because Cleveland fans have never completely overvalued their own players or made ridiculous claims about anything else.

I am a Cleveland fan. But as a group, they're (we're) completely biased and delusional. It's blind optimism.

Not sure you can make that claim "without question". It's certainly a legitimate debate and as you said it's tough to compare players from different eras. Magic does a lot of things better than LeBron and LeBron does a lot of things better than Magic. I think you can definitely argue that LeBron is the most physically gifted player to ever play, but a lot of people are really athletic. It doesn't necessarily make them the best.
