This has to be the strangest thing I have heard in a long time, there is a guy that my wife worked with years ago and still talks to him when we see him out in the stores and he sends Christmas cards to us every year, not a bad guy, but he is gay. We receive a invitation to a bachelor party from him this week because he and his partner are going to New Hampshire to get married in a couple of months, so fucked up. He and his partner are having separate parties on the same night at different places with their own friends and because we do talk to them they have invited us to attend each others party, my wife thinks it will be fun.They have both stated that there will be alcohol, music, strippers and the one has said there will be porn on the big screen all night. I have told my wife that I will not attend any of this shit, regardless of how nice they are and if she wants to go watch a bunch a gays party she is more than welcome, now I am being judgmental toward the gays, because if it were a straight guy having a party with strippers I would be counting down the days. What would you do?

This is a common weekend event for thavoice, his wife makes him go to gay bachelor parties often.

I would probably go with the understanding of my wife that when shit gets a little too gay for me we are leaving.

I personally wouldn't want to watch porn and strippers but I wouldn't care if they do. Watching porn with other straight guys isn't really my bag though either. Tell them thanks but no thanks. Are you going to the wedding?

Depends what your wife is willing to do for you if you go. I would have a really hard time going to something like that, but if it's a bunch of straight friends it might not be so bad. No way I could be in a room with a male stripper though.

I know it is the style to make jokes about my wife and I, and most are pretty damned hilarious and not far off point, but this isnt even remotely funny or in the ballpark of what I would ever do.

I have nothing against gay people or gay marriage, but I am not attending a gay bachelor party with male strippers and gay porn.

That might be the most awkward party ever if there are straight and gay couples attending.

LOL. You don't trust your wife around gay guys? Talk about insecurity.

I wouldn't blame Password for not going. I don't mind gay people at all, but I wouldn't be comfortable with a bunch of male strippers and gay porn around me all night. Not my idea of a good time.
