Looks like the UFC is going to be cracking down further on PED's, look to be hiring a third party company to do year round out of competition testing and will be pushing for harsher penalties. 2-4 year suspension for first time offenders.

As long as one of the top two fights, and two of the first three fights holds that's a better than average card.

Frank Mir with a tremendous KO, looked better than ever imo. I feel bad for Bigfoot because he was the one guy that legitimately needed trt due to medical issues and you can tell it has affected him big time.

Yeah that was crazy, and the two punch combination by Sam Alvey was awesome.

Mir looked really good. Bigfoot looked fat compared to his fight in the past he had less muscle mass for sure.

Bigfoot physically looked awful. He is done without the TRT and whatever else he was using.

I'm not ready to say Mir looked good, but I guess his first win in four years is a step in the right direction.

The most impressive fighter the entire night was Michael Johnson. Boy did he look great. And Edson Barboza is no slouch either.

Anyone see that video of Josh Neer beating the hell out of some boxer that challenged him to a fight at his gym?

I agree, as much as I like Mir and he definitely looked good, Michael Johnson looked like a stud tonight against a top tier fighter in Barboza.

Before seeing this, the only thing I knew about it was on this little Facebook "trending news" blurb where it said Neer explained his actions by saying the guy was acting like a bully in the gym.

Well, if brutally bullying a bully is how to stop that shit from happening, uh, good job?

There are so many conflicting reports about what happened in that Neer situation. The guy getting hit on the ground claims that after the round and he got attacked. He also says he was getting the better of Neer during the three minute sparring session, and that's why Neer went off. I do find it odd that there is no video showing anything that happened before that.

Regardless of what happened, Neer kicked the dude in the face after all that happened. So, he threw an elbow or fist one too many times...an additional kick to the face of a grounded opponent, over the top.
