Even if it isn't during the fight, if they are high during training they could technically push themselves harder to get in better shape/whatever during training due to the pain relieving aspects of weed, just like with narcotic pain killers.

If you have smoked weed and taken an oxy you can tell the difference. Weed for cancer patients is usually taken to help control nausea and help increase their appitite ( the munchies) more so then for pain.

I say let all these professional athletes take what every they want. Make it legal for them to do so...see how far the human body can be pushed chemically. Lets see if a juices human can run a 7 second hundred. Lets see a 380 pound LB that runs like a running back. We all think the majority are using anyway.

Until I see something saying HGH is harmful I'm all for allowing it's use and weed will be legal everywhere soon enough

As long as it's used purely for recovery reasons I have no issues with it. If it brings your levels back to where they normally should be and allow you to recover after training sessions then so be it. I just don't wanna see fighters juiced to the gills when they step in the cage. I don't think people realize how hard the training is on your body, I would rather see guys compete at 100% of their capability than be worn down and only be 70% of what they are.

I thought Thatch was gonna smash him, Bendo had a great strategy and wore him out then went for the finish.

?!?!?! Are you f-ing kidding me?!

Benson Henderson, for me, is one of the most entertaining fighters going for the UFC! I thoroughly enjoy when he's on a card, because I know there will at least be 1 good fight. Henderson always brings it.

(I do agree tho he needs to cut his stupid hair)

What is your definition of a point fighter? To me, that is someone who avoids certain positions even if they might give him/her a better chance at finishing it. Benson does not do that at all.

Benson being a point fighter is he never throws much with his full power. He lands a lot of shots at 50-75% of his effort. He isn't using those shots to really do significant damage or knock his oppenent out but to score points and get his strikes landed up each round. He's pretty much exactly why everyone argues not all significant strikes are equal.

Which is absolutely true, can't just point to fightmetric or compustrike to tell who won a fight.

Silva's post fight test came back with all sorts of drugs. Roids and anti-anxiety drugs were found. This is getting too confusing to even follow anymore.
