Agreed, the kid is very talented, but still has holes in his game. Phil Davis dominated him and subbed him in about 2 minutes. He went to train with Phil and Alliance to help his all around game. But right now he only has one top ten win, beating a rusty Thiago Silva coming off a 16 month layoff. His next fight will probably be a top 5 guy, maybe Bader, maybe Lyoto Machida.

He's fringe top ten if nothing else. He has only been dominated once, by Machida. He lost a decision to Rashad in which he almost knocked him out late in the fight. Couldn't gather much from his loss to Gustaffson other than he was frustrated and had a poor game plan, was also coming off a huge layoff. He didn't try and take Alexander down once, which was stupid imo.

Not to me, Jones vs Evans, Rory Macdonald, Brendan Schaub, Torres vs Michael Mcdonald is a great match up. Hell the prelims are loaded. The four fights on FX are:
Travis Browne vs Chad Griggs
Matt Brown vs Stephen Thompson
John Makdessi vs Anthony Njokuani
Mac Danzig vs Efrain Escudero


Mark Hominick is also on the main card and he is always exciting. It's not as good as UFC 146 but not many cards are.

Yeah, it's not bad card if you are going to BW3's, watching it online, or having a bunch of friends over to share the 45 bone cost but for me it's a little weak to pay 45 bucks for when I will be solo. Then again I didn't get 115 and ended up regretting it. The problem I have is that I forget who some fighters are. I can't place Michael McDonald.

I'm still trying to talk my girl into going tickets ar as cheap as 30 bucks and I like a lot of the naafs fighters on the card. Jessica eye is pretty hott in person

What are people's thoughts on Jones vs Evans?

I'm not sure Evans will be able to take him down, seeing as Bader looked like a fool trying. However, if he does get him down I have a suspicision that Jones has a really, really good game off his back. He never talks about it, but he dropped into that triangle vs. rampage and he would have had it locked but the round ended (rampage may have slammed him though). He legs are so long and skinny, he seems like he would be a nightmare there.

Overall I think Jones wins pretty easily.

I'd rather see Evans win since I think Hendo could beat Evans, but i think Jones ends this fight in the 3rd round by TKO

Rashad is going to have to get on the inside to win this fight, he doesn't have the arsenal to beat Jones from the outside. I think Jones is going to try and prove a point about how good he really is and is going to try and dominate Rashad and humble him. I see Rashad getting frustrated that he won't be able to get Jones down, and Jones will frustrate him on the feet with a wide array of attacks. Eventually they clinch up and Jones puts Rashad on his ass and puts a hurting on him with elbows and punches. I could see Jones submitting him but I think he may try and KO or TKO him instead because of the bad blood. Jones by stoppage within 2 rounds.

Sucks that we will probably never see him fight in the UFC. Mark Hunt has won 3 in a row with 2 knockouts, if he can succeed so can Fedor.
