Greg Jackson seems like he cares more about being famous than staying loyal. Van Arsdale 90% confident that Rashad is going to win saying he doesn't see how Jon Jones can win is what he's supposed to say, but that's just silly.

It's the "Forever Alone" meme.

I didn't use it because I thought you were whining, which didn't occur to me. I used it because I envisioned you sitting at home watching the PPV by yourself. Forever alone.

Edit: I must have missed where someone already explained, my bad.

Lol understood. Yeah, I'm at the point where all of my friends are whipped and "can't get away" to watch the pay per views and I've never been a big fan of catching them at BW3s.

the end where he said "he's not peaked because he doesn't need to for this fight" seems just as nuts to me

Rashad knows in his heart that he is the underdog in this fight, he's foolish if he doesn't. I don't care what his team tells him, Jon has improved so much since they trained together.

Agreed - I hope they both come out healthy so they can set up the hendo fight asap

Me too, should headline 150 along with 1 or 2 other title fights. I'm sure 150 will be just as big as 100 was if not bigger, they will try and stack it up.

If Rashad wins I expect to see a trilogy, if Jones wins I think it will be over and they will move forward.

Hendo will get next shot though - sick of these immediate rematches

I think Jones is going to try and prove a point about how good he really is and is going to try and dominate Rashad and humble him. I see Rashad getting frustrated that he won't be able to get Jones down, and Jones will frustrate him on the feet with a wide array of attacks. Eventually they clinch up and Jones puts Rashad on his ass and puts a hurting on him with elbows and punches. I could see Jones submitting him but I think he may try and KO or TKO him instead because of the bad blood. Jones by stoppage within 2 rounds.
I'm really hoping this is how it goes. I'd love it even more if it was in RD 1.

As long as Jones doesn't get caught off guard by a good jab/hook, he should be able to maintain dominance. If Rashad tries to shoot in on him, it could end badly for Evans.

I don't really care who wins as long as it's a decent fight. I do think it would be cool if Rashad won only because of how everyone has counted him out before the fight but I would much rather watch Hendo vs Bones than Hendo vs Rashad.

I'd rather watch Hendo vs Rashad because I think Hendo would have a really good chance of winning that and it'd be cool if his current run continued.

I am a huge Hendo fan but I agree. He has a good shot against Rashad but he would be hoping for that 1 punch against Jones.

He probably hits harder than anyone Jones has fought - if he connected it might be lights out. He has the wrestling to keep it standing and he could probably find a way to get inside. If Bonnar could connect a few times i'm sure Hendo could rock Jones.

But i agree, would rather see him fight evans for an easier road to the belt.

I think Hendo's MMA wrestling is a little over rated, especially as he has gotten older. I think Jones could take him down all night if he wanted to. Hendo's current run has come against guys who just wanted to strike. The last guy who tried to take him down was shields, and he was very successful. Hendo always has chance with that right hand, but him and Jones is a pretty big mismatch.

Disappointed Brian Rogers got beat. Had him and couldn't finish off Spang and then got caught. Was hoping he could win this tourney.

Kills me that Aoki still hasn't improved his stand up much after all these years. He is a phenomenal grappler and probably has the most dangerous guard in the sport.

From what I have gathered from Jones in pre fight talk, it seems to me like he wants to keep this fight on the feet and get a highlight knockout on Rashad like Machida did.
