So, I didn't see any thread on this and I have a question. If you were the one living on that 4th floor, instead of grabbing your camera would you grab a gun and shoot him? What about if you were in one of those cars? Would you have tried to run him over?

Myself, it's California no way I'd take the shot. Even if you hit him and stopped him, you're ending up in jail. If it were a more gun friendly state with a law allowing a person to act to save another and not just self/family, maybe. What do you all think?

He at least tried to taunt him a second time. I wonder if he's French.

I'm guessing no, he lives in Hollywood. Of course, I'm asking if you actually had a gun in California.

Someone should have ran his ass over. Glad the police ended his life and he won't be rotting in jail wasting money.

I would've have called one of my friends and told them to walk on over. Then when they get shot I'd yell out the window, "April Fool's!!!!!!", even though it's December. It'd still be a funny gag.

Throwing soup cans at him would have possibly been the greatest response to any event in history.

I didn't watch the video, but did camera guy call the cops? I wouldn't have shot at the guy from 4 stories up, because I'm not a sniper and that would probably only cause more chaos, but I would have probably called the police and filled them in instead of just shouting at the guy.

HLN reported that the camera guy called the cops before he started filming.
