Those that are OSU football fans and some other basketball program fan are faux fans. They are not real, and we do not want them. Their loyalty is strictly built on picking the best teams so they always can be apart of a winner. Their loyalty is questionable, and they should be called out for the frauds that they are.

This.

Also, Ohio State fans have many of the most unbearable fans out there. A few of the unbelievable assclowns on this site make up 70% of the reasons why I smile every time the football team loses. I guess it's hard for fans to have class when the players on the team typically don't either.

Much like the way you like OSU so you can claim to be a part of a winner?

All major fan bases have this I think. I know several Michigan fans that don't really give a crap about Michigan, but they like to be a dick when OSU loses. (They were much more vocal in the 90's than they have been this decade. One dumb whore even switched to OSU. Fuck that bitch.)

I don't really feel so insecure that I need to defend my fandom with a random internet user. I'm a grad of OSU, and have bled Scarlet and Gray since birth.

I know you're just being an ass as usual but this is full of fail. The football team murdered him??? What, did the players take turns beating him with clubs or something? The "team" didn't do a damn thing to him nor was he "murdered." SMH

Sleeper-I'm sure Sportsandlady, Slingshot4ever, ccrunner and superman are deeply saddened by your harsh words. Actually, they probably don't give a shit. GTFO

I am an OSU football and hoops fan, period. But just to play devil's advocate for a moment: I grew up on the east coast a big Seton Hall hoops fan, and they have no football team, so I just sortof watched the teams that were on TV the most (I had no favorite, but Penn State, Notre Dame and Miami were the big teams always on TV in the 80s).

Where'd you grow up? I grew outside Lancaster and osu was always on, and we didn't have cable. They were always on channel ten(espn+). I remember always getting to see the games. I don't remember seeing Kansas ever on other then maybe the weekend.

Note: I don't care that you like ku tho. I am just asking out of curiosity.

Please give this a rest. If you believe this, you are just a hater, or ignorant, or both. All fan bases have their unbearable fans. And if you live in the state, or come on a site that is made up of predominantly OSU fans, and you don't like OSU...what exactly do you expect? Get a grip.

I'm curious too. I can't imagine anywhere in Ohio would have had more Kansas than OSU basketball games on, unless S&L is part of Kenny Gregory's family.
