My parents have one from the frickin 80s or something. Still works better than my cheapo one. However, I'm not dropping $1000s for a damn sweeper.

I negotiated with a Kirby salesman and got one for $299.

Pretty good deal since he's initial offer was over $2000.

This one wasn't that heavy.

Gochiefs....I let the assclown pack my freezer full and then made him unpack it and he called me names leaving the kitchen and told my kids I was crazy. Lol

Kirby telephone salesman called my dad once to offer him a free in home demo. He asked if the sweeper had a 500hp diesel. The lady asked why and my dad told her he had 300 ducklings in the living room and about two inches of duck shit. She said she would have to speak to her boss and call back. She never did.

I ended up shoveling all that shit instead.
