I think its terrible for the Clippers. Gave up way to much for CP3. He and Griffin will be amazing together, but the team as a whole will suffer.

NOLA is making out really well, though I doubt Gordon re-ups next year. I see him going back to Indiana. If he hadnt been traded, I think he would have re-signed with LAC. LAC with Blake, Jordan, EJ, and a top 10 pick is better than Blake, CP3 and Jordan. No doubt in my mind. Then you throw in the fact they also got rid of Aminu and Kaman? Sheesh.

I think short term it was a solid move, and Paul may re-up since he is in LA and has Griffin, but even so not sure it was worth it. I guess making a splash alone might bring in the $$$ and therefore help them...who knows.

I agree with everything in this post. Stern held out and got a mega-deal but took a huge PR hit for the league. Laker fans have to be bitter.

Griffin-Paul is great, but we all know it takes more than that to win. But LAC have apparently sold out their season tickets for the first time in awhile. Thats big for a second-fiddle team.

Gordon is not re-signing in NO, but neither is anyone else in the current situation. They got nice pieces, but who wants to play there? Its toxic right now.

Who's starting at the Clippers #2 and 3 spot? I hope they're not going into the season counting on Caron Butler who has average 55 games over the 3 seasons.

He's young, which is more so what I meant. He won't be asked to score much and he was decent last year splitting minutes. He should be a 13 ppg and 13 rpg guy this year.
lhslep134;1015233 wrote:Of course dynasty considers them set at 5 with Jordan, because he considers Randy Foye and Travis Leslie decent depth at the 2 LOL
Butler, Foye, Williams, Bledsoe, Billups and whoever Leslie is, is decent depth.

Sick of this CP3 shit lol

Heat have unveiled/revealed a new 3rd jersey....

Personally, I like them. But doesn't this mean they have 4 jerseys now? White, red, black and now this one?

I will bet just about anything this doesn't happen.

Meh, be better with the normal heat logo IMO. Call me biased but I still think the Cavs blue alternative is still the GOAT jersey. Followed by Old Skool Charlotte Hornets jerseys.

Butler is a 3 and an injury liability, Williams is a 1, Bledsoe is a 1, and Billups COULD play the 2 (and I would personally like to see him play with CP3).

The Clippers have no depth at the 2, I can't fathom how you can say otherwise.

You realize the 2 is SG right? Most of those guys are PGs or combo guards at best.

This one?

I love them. But call me biased(lol), the Lakers' Pearly Whites are my favorite.

He averaged 7 and 7 last year playing 25 minutes a game. I would imagine Paul gets him at least 4 easy ppg. With increased minutes and improvement 13 rpg shouldn't be too much of a reach.

Both of those are awesome, like how the Lakers only wear the white on Sunday at home.

That heat jersey blows, looks like they ran out of color ink.

Considering only 1 player in the NBA averaged more than 12 rebounds per game last year (D12), I highly doubt Jordan will average 13 RPG.

Do you even watch basketball?

I think Williams would be a better 2 than PG.

Foye is a legit 2, and Leslie is a development project but showed flashes at Georgia. That's the extent of their depth.

But Paul can guard a 2. It's irrelevant on offense. Paul can play alongside all of them.

Yes I realize that. And you realize combo guard means they can play the 2?

lol 2, yes TWO, guys averaged more than 13 rpg last year. Dwight Howard and Kevin Love. ONLY 6 guys TOTAL had more than 10/game. DeAndre Jordan is NOT going to get 13/game.

He was basically a 2 in Cleveland, offensively.

That is ALL they will ask him to do. Plus they will play an up-tempo style which creates more possessions, so more opportunities. He has the physical tools to be a 13 rpg guy.

You realize there is more to basketball than offense right? Love how you add "basically" which means he wasn't but you're going to spin it to your idiotic argument. Cue you're failspn.

Same arguement could be said for Amare in NYC/PHX yet it never happened. Like I said, I'm willing to bet it wont happen.

Oh btw, before you try to claim otherwise, Amare > DeAndre Jordon and PHX/NYC Tempo > LAC
