How many of you have been fortunate enough to accomplish an incredible feat, that not everyone has the ability (or even luck) to do in their lifetime? I just came up with a couple on this poll.

Good thread. I'm sure everyone will be completely honest and no (dishonest) "bragging" is about to take place.

For the record I've done all of those things. I've also voted "Other" because I've inseminated a sheep....with my own semen.

I once shot two rabbits with one shot. I think that's about as close to incredible as I've ever come.

My hole in one really was a complete joke.

Local health club had a 9 hole golf course. one hole was 300 yards, the rest were around 100.


Was middle of a drought, ground was hard as a rock. I hit the ball like 3 feet off teh ground, I chuck the club in anger and sling out some f bombs. Ball goes bounces, go directly in the sand trap, through teh trap, up the lip, and bounces into the hole. The sand trap was like cement becuase it was so hot and not kept up.


What a wonderful day.
My god....that is all I have accomplished?

Then it has been all down hill.

Dammit. When I originally thought up this thread, that is one that I wanted to include. The "killed two birds with one stone" feat. Nice FAIL, ETFail.

I also ran a marathon once, but I walked the last 5.2 miles. Not sure if that counts.

I fucking hate the thought of playing golf, so I've never hit a hole in one.

I've never done any of those things listed. I did strike out 10 batters in 3 innings once. But that was in 6th grade, so not quite so impressive.

Hole in One. Just got it this summer. 7 iron, 189 yards, Hole 11, Riverby Hills Golf Club in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Triple Double. Many times in High School. The joys of being good at a sport playing in an inferior league (The TAAC, in Toledo). I think I had 4 quadruple doubles my last 2 years.

Climbed a mountain. Did a few in Colorado. Climbed the continental divide on telemark skis as well. Been rock-climbing at Dead Horse Point (final scene of Thelma and Louis) in Moab, Utah.

My Dad has had 2 hole in ones (I have zero, but beat him 98% of the time)....and this past bowling night he bowled a 300 game.
