Wrong. On both Rivals and 247 if OSU finishes with the guys I predict (Diamond, Reeves, Williams, Neal +1 ) they will finish 1 or 2Tobias Fünke;1057886 wrote:hahahhahahahahaha
No. Alabam and Texas will not be touched. Ohio State's player average it's even top 5 IMO. I'd still take Alabama, Texas, and Florida State's classes over anyone's.

Does it even matter if you're #1 or #5? Or even as low as #10? Those are impressive recruiting classes no matter how you slice it.

The point is that it wouldn't have gotten this far if notre dame fans just stayed in their thread. But no, a couple of them are jealous buttholes and start shit(even after whining about people trolling nd threads) in an OSU recruiting thread. Of course people are going to be excited about recruits, it's a thread for OSU FANS to talk about RECRUITING. it's not a hard thing to see.killer_ewok;1057952 wrote:Does it even matter if you're #1 or #5? What does that have to do with what I posted? If anything, I was giving OSU props for pulling in a great recruiting class.

^^ I agree. For the past few days, I've been reading Yappi's Ohio State Recruiting page. Same information, but without the bickering and immature name-calling.

Easy solution to it. Send people to the basement who add nothing to the discussion. Goes both ways. OSU guys posting about ND in this thread, ND guys responding. ND guys posting about OSU in ND threads, OSU guys responding. OSU guys posting about OSU in ND threads. It wouldn't be difficult and will clean it up pretty quickly. I don't mean people that actually discuss the topic at hand, either. Just those that post to fish for responses.

Thank you for being the one level headed ND fan on this thread. Kudos.

I'll agree with that. It does go both ways not doubt about it. I'm just sick of this stupid shit. Every commit leads to 60 posts of people arguing over nothing.karen lotz;1058206 wrote:Easy solution to it. Send people to the basement who add nothing to the discussion. Goes both ways. Williams and Reeves (PSU guys) arrived in town late today and probably won't hear much on them until tomorrow.

I'm not getting my hopes to high but it would make for an amazing day if one or both would commit tomorrow as well as Burrows for next year since it is expected to be a buckeye.

I really think we end up with all three. The turnaround from where we were a month ago has been better than anyone could have predicted.xKoToVxSyNdRoMe;1058317 wrote:I'm not getting my hopes to high but it would make for an amazing day if one or both would commit tomorrow as well as Burrows for next year since it is expected to be a buckeye.
Did run across an interview with one that got away...and after reading it I'm not so sad he went where he did. Sorry if it's already been posted.

Some of those thing make him look like a jackass but at the same time, with the threats he got I can see why he would be mad. I realize he went from OSU to the archrival, but a lot of people went over the top and if I was in his shoes I would be pissed too. But he still is making himself look really bad.ytownfootball;1058323 wrote:I really think we end up with all three. Imagine what this class would have been like if Meyer was recruiting it from the beginning. There are several commits in this class that got desperation offers from the "interim" staff, that Meyer would never have offered.

Yeah, people are just ignorant wishing ill on a kid for his decision. But, you don't turn around and talk about blood on the field that isn't yours and bloody jersey's lol...just shut up and move along. I highly doubt other players that have changed their mind and went elsewhere didn't also receive ill wishes (in fact I read about a few that had but don't remember them off hand) and went on the offensive. This guy providing bulletin board material before he gets fitted for shoulder pads lol.xKoToVxSyNdRoMe;1058328 wrote:Some of those thing make him look like a jackass but at the same time, with the threats he got I can see why he would be mad. Que? I assume you're saying that because I only listed three? What is a "where for all?"Big Gain;1058352 wrote::laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh: Says your 1st grade math?? It's painfully obvious you don't have the where for all to crunch the numbers
I said Ohio State's player average isn't even top five. According to 247, which has Ohio State's class ranked #4, their player average is 9th. Hell, on Scout and 247 both, mythical Notre Dame has a better average.
Alabama, Texas, and Florida State's classes are untouchable. Those are the best classes.
