If OSU wins out with a B1G Ten championship then prepare to keep Luke as the coach. There's no way you can replace him with all that he's had to deal with this year.

Oh yes you can. Ohio State is one of the ONLY, if not the ONLY, schools that has to win a National Title every year to have a successful season. Fickell isn't going to do that, so he needs to be let go.
