I'm in Muskingum County, and it's serious business around here. Twitter/Facebook is on fire.
The owner of the farm was also found dead outside as well, crazy situation. He actually just got out of jail, on gun charges.

Yeah I wasn't making light of this at all. This is a very very bad situation. I pray no one gets hurt because of this.

Just had a phone call from my aunt about this and thought she was joking. This is nuts.

Supposedly they closed two high schools because of this incident: West Muskingum and Maysville. I heard it once, don't know if it's factual or not.

Holy shat. The sheriff said deputies shot up to 25 animals on the way to the home to check on the owner.
Officials said there could be up to 48 animals still on the loose and that deputies have been given the order of "shoot to kill."

So because of this lunatic, 50+ innocent animals are going to die? Brilliant.
I understand the public safety issues, but shouldn't having this many exotic animals be illegal?
I can (sort of) understand 1 or 2, but 50?

Would this be a good time for coon dog hunting ?
Would a couple of good coon dogs track a lion, bear or tiger?

Was just on the news - they closed the DISTRICTS. Wouldn't be good PR to have Little Susie eaten by a tiger while waiting at the bus stop....OSH;938199 wrote:Supposedly they closed two high schools because of this incident: West Muskingum and Maysville. Keeping that many animals around probably is an indication that the guy likely didn't have all of his marbles in the first place.chicago510;938253 wrote:So because of this lunatic, 50+ innocent animals are going to die? Brilliant.
