I understand the public safety issues, but shouldn't having this many exotic animals be illegal?

I can (sort of) understand 1 or 2, but 50?
There is actually a place right down the road from me that has a lot of exotic animals. I don't think there are 50 but the entire yard around the house is full of cages with Lions, Tigers, Bears, etc just hanging out.

If you saw the movie “Gladiator” then you’ve seen some of Kenny & Roberta’s tigers. The tigers from that movie were born at Tiger Ridge.

People in the comments on the Dispatch are pissed that they aren't using tranquilizers instead.

Of course, you'd have to see if a place like The Wilds or the Columbus Zoo wanted them before only knocking them out.

Both the zoo and The Wilds are there with tranquilizers from what I read.

Lead story this morning on NBC Today. Columbus Zoo people are there trying to catch some alive. 4 school districts closed.

The only gripe I have about "shoot on sight" is the fact that there are fairly harmless animals like Zebras that'd get shot.

Just talked to a buddy of mine down there, he said its crazy. He's heard rumors of animal right activists gathering and preparing to have some sort of protest. That's the last thing they need

Zebras are retarded animals that are likely to charge. A guy we used to deal horses with in Texas had a bunch of Zebras. Not only were they all stupid, but they were mean as shit and would literally kill themselves charging the fences

Who said I am an expert? I said in my experience they are mean as shit and retarded. My parents have a tanned Zebra hide at their house that the farm owner sent us because that particular Zebra kept charging us and the fence and ended up breaking it's neck and killing itself.
