THAT SAID, I have no problems stating that I think Wall is better than Turner. I can just see "it". He is just the best basketball player in the country. Numbers wise, Turner had been better. Just that I think Wall is better than him.
Makes no sense...

I'll break it down slower for you.

Turner is better numbers wise which can constitute people saying he is the best player in the country. His stats were pretty damn good.

But he believes that Wall is the better player talent wise that hasn't put up the same numbers as Turner.

How does that not make sense? Wall hasnt hit his ceiling yet, but I can tell from watching him play he is just a better player than Turner. You can just see what Wall brings and Turner cant match that. Just that Wall doesnt bring it every time down the court (of course Ive only seen him for 1 game and 2 first halfs, and Ive seen Turner about 5 games).

"Blantantly oblvious"? LOL What a ridiculous comment.
The only one? I think not. Jay Bilas, former college player, college coach, said today that Turner was his player of the year to this point. But what does he know.

Can stats be misleading? Absolutely they can. But when you have done all Turner has done for multiple seasons, and what he was dong this year, with two triple doubles, those stats are NOT misleading.

Again, Wall is a stud. I am not saying he is not. Just don' believe he has the all around game, at this point, that Turner does. Turner plays PG, he posts up, can take it off the dribble, has the best 15ft game in the country, rebounds, and can pass. His all around game is better IMO.
. But as I said, I havent saw Turner play and I dont watch OSU bball, but it looks like alot certain people on a Ohio forum dont agree with you at all.
And probably the most respected BBALL on TV, Jay Bilas, does agree with me. Which, I happen to think has more credibility then anyone on here. ;)
And of course, we all know your not bias at all! lol

And lets not forget something else, Turner is playing out of position. Wall has been, and is a true point. What Turner has done, in the short time he has played the PG position, is nothing short of great.
I also beleive we are splitting hairs as both guys are great college players. But again, I believe with Turner size, and what he does with his all around game, is better then Walls at this point. Wall certainly has more time develop some things as well.

I also believe too many on here are YOUNG guys, who see nothing but dunks and highlights and live off of that when in fact there is WAY MORE to the game of basketball then hightlights.

You keep bringing up Jay Bilas over and over again. Sure, he's very respected in his field, and I have no problem with someone thinking Turner is better. You simply can't use him as proof. There have been DOZENS of announcers, coaches, and analysts in the last couple weeks say that John Wall is the best player in the country. Bilas isn't the only analyst who watches both players.

How does this have anything to do with who's the better basketall player?

And it's no surprise you didn't respond to my post...

Turner is good, but he's not John Wall. Wall is probably a top 3-4 PG in the NBA right now. Seriously. I don't think you understand just how good he is. He's on a different level than everyone else.

I will say this tho after looking over Walls stats he has a shit load of turnovers. Which could be because of many things him being young and not experienced enough, playing at a fast pace or what not. But he is ave. 4.8 TOs a game. He has had less than 5 turnovers in 3 games out of 9 and that was against Rider, UNC-Ashville and Indiana. He had 7 in both the UNC and UCONN games. Just thought I would kind of bring that up, it seems to be his one big weakness. Other than turning the ball over to much he is insane good.

^More factual.

Add Deron Williams to that list as well.

Even though I think he's probably the most dominant guard in the country, this Wall praise is starting to take on ridiculous levels. Calm down. He's very good. Let's leave it at that and see where he takes his talent into the new year and later into February and March.

Yeah, the top 3-4 PG comment was a little ridiculous. I don't think you realize how good the PG's in the NBA are right now.

John Wall is a very good player, but the nut hugging is a little ridiculous.

I will admit top 3-4 is a stretch. But I don't know if it's that far off. He's NBA ready now, and I think his game is even better suited for the NBA due to the quicker tempo.

To say top 3-4 in the NBA now is ridiculous. Even though he's very good, you can't project that onto a 19-year old.

It's more of what could be in say 5 years. By that time, Jason Kidd, Chauncey Billups and Steve Nash won't be on the list.

I wouldn't trade Sheron Collins skills and experience for John Wall. Mainly because both will be gone after this year so it isn't like I would get more years with John Wall.
