I love going down to Minster for theirs. It's always the 1st weekend in October (Sept 30-Oct 2 this year). They don't have the true mugs, but they do serve the beer in 1/2 gallon sized milk jugs. It screams hillbilly, which is why I like it. Also, the food is obviously amazing. Cops are pretty laid back and cool during festivities as well.
