I'm not anti-police in any sense, but I'm posting this because I love how the cameraman knows his rights and shoves them in the cops face. Pretty entertaining.

Normally i keep a straight face in these situations. but i would have busted out laughing in this case. sounds like one of those guys who thinks the laws of america dont apply to him (for a number of dumb reasons). and from what it looks like, his kid was out past curfew or out being a kid getting into harmless trouble and the cops got him and just took him back home.

he called the cop "you people"!

looks like the kid did something wrong that required police response and they were only questioning him. cops should have cuffed and stuffed the jackass for interfering with a police investigation. and his memory card would have been misplaced. kidnapping? smh

the cops could have been a dick and made the guy identify himself before they released his son to him. gotta make sure you are releasing the kid to his parent/legal guardian hahaha
