I'm not disagreeing at all....I'm still saying many people believed Redick would not have much play in the league...the experts thought he could probably find a role and the majority of the guys on these type of sites figured he would be having about 2-3 years of what Adam Morrison has done the past 2-3 years......and these same words are being said about Diebler....they may very well be true. He's got to improve his defense greatly to be any kind of regular factor....but you'd think he knows most fans believe him to not have much of a career....surely he's busting his ass to prove many wrong but most importantly...to make his dreams come true.
I do understand what you guys are saying and the odds are with you....but I'm just not betting against him having a decent NBA career.
Ok I see what you were saying, and that is true.
BUT, it isnt like that has any bearing. Just because Redick proved people wrong doesnt mean Diebler will. I mean, the chances of Redick succeeding were small, and he has more than we though. But most guys dont. We cant sit here and say because Redick did it we should expect others to do it.
It isnt like other guys arent out there busting ass to prove people wrong. Diebler isnt any better than they are in the work department. He isnt some kind of special kid who wil outwork everyone in the world. Again, the odds are he doesnt make it. Doesnt mean he wont, but you would be crazy (imo) to put money down at 1-1 odds.
