Just watched Midnight in Paris. It was great, top 3 movie of the year for me. This Oscar Crop might not be as bad as I initally thought.

I really wanted to see Safe House at first because I thought Denzel was going to play a bad guy throughout the entire movie but I don't think that is the case.

I just went to see it and I agree. It wasn't too bad. It was much better than I figured it would be based off of the previews. Went and seen the girl with the dragon tattoo last night. I thought it was fantastic and one of the better movies I have seen in a while

Saw The Artist on Saturday. I really enjoyed it, was a unique experice seeing a modern day silent film. Pretty amazing what the actors are able to convey of the story, as the film didn't have a lot of a text cards throughout the movie.
I would put it as the 4th best movie I saw from the 2011 season.

4. The Artist

I found it underwhelming. Maybe it was because I heard how good it was, but I'll probably never watch it again.
