The story is funny, heartfelt and original, the performances were excellent. There were several laugh out loud moments, but it's definitely not your typical comedy. I can't wait to see it again.

Oh and the food scenes...drool. Do not go see this movie while hungry.

Going to see it tonight based on these reviews.

No problem....glad you liked it! I hate recommending things to people and then they dislike whatever it is, lol.

I thought Million Ways to Die in the West was alright. I thought it was as good as Ted but I didn't think Ted was anywhere near as good as everyone else.

How to Train Your Dragon 2 was every bit as good as the first one. 8.5/10

I really liked Edge of Tomorrow. 8/10

22 Jump Street is hilarious and probably gets about the same ranking from me as the first one (8/10). Tatum steals just about every seen from Hill though, which was surprising.

*I am a terrible critic because I like every movie.

Serious?>
Reviews were horrid and it seemed to lose steam after the initial promotions and came out on video pretty quick!

Will have to check it out.

Lone survivor came out last week on DVD....

I saw it on VOD, and I thought it was good...don't know if it'd be worth a $12 ticket, but I liked it.

I thought Monuments Men was ok. It's nothing I would watch again.

Edge of Tomorrow might be the first Cruise film in a long time that is really good.

It was a good combination of humor and action. It was a combination of Groundhog's Day and Ender's Game.

I would say 8.5/10 on it.

I've never understood people who think only hipsters like Wes Anderson. His movies are usually very entertaining IMO.
