+1. That was a pretty good movie. I don't buy many movies, but I may consider that one.

It's going to be cheesy, corny, and make me feel shitty about being white.

I've seen the movie before a dozen times, just different directors and actors.

I haven't, but I want to. It has a weird review split on RT. It got 76% from the critics but only 48% from the audience.

Watched a couple movies this weekend.

Zero Dark Thirty- Was good but it seemed like you knew when the car bombs were coming. Only exploson that caught me off guard was the hotel bomb.

Red Dawn(New one)- I was quite surprised how much i liked this movie.

That was the only 1 I knew for sure was coming (though, I thought the Dr. was a suicide as well, but I couldnt remember for sure).

I remembered the hotel bombing being in the news so thats why. I thought I remembered the suicide bombing in the middle of nowhere in the news, but obviously with no information about it, I wasnt sure if the Dr. was that. It was pretty obvious it was going to be a bomb when the scene played out though.

Hmm I could see that. It's not exactly a fast moving movie, even at 90 min. It has a lot of dialogue and you have to pay attention to keep up. Great performances by Pitt and Gandolfini. Reminds me a bit of Mean Streets from 1973, so if you enjoyed that I would think you'd enjoy this. I thought it was really well done.

I watched Zero Dark Thirty for the first time this weekend, too. I thought it was really good. I didn't really go into it hoping to be surprised by bombs or explosions, so that didn't bother me at all. When you are telling a (mostly) true story, it is what it is.

I'm not going to feel shitty for being white because of the ignorance of others.

I thought Zero Dark Thirty was interesting from a historical perspective (no idea how much artistic license was used), from an entertainment perspective it was pretty mediocre.

Have thought about Red Dawn but unable to pull the trigger. Maybe I'll give it a shot.

I thought Zero Dark Thirty was pretty good. I saw it in theaters, and everyone shit their pants when the hotel bomb went off.

Red Dawn was garbage. I think I turned it off halfway through.

I took CoA's advice and rented Killing Them Softly from Redbox. He will get reps if I enjoy it.

Zero Dark Thirty was pretty good to me.

Red Dawn was one of those so bad it was funny type movies.

I also thought Killing Them Softly was a great movie just watched it the other night.

Just saw it last night for the first time. It was really, really good. I just wanted it to end, towards the end though. Kept dragging.
