I'm not sure real sure what to think about Evil Dead. I keep reading how great it is and Bruce Campbell comes out and reccommends seeing it but I assume that is in hopes people get curious about the originals.

I am going to try to watch them all at once. I am pumped, but pretty nervous after reading how the episodes are put together....def different from most shows.

I saw Jurassic Park in 3D IMAX this afternoon. I usually dont like 3D movies but that was pretty cool, I would recommend it.

As a kid I was obsessed with this movie, the movie is 20 years old and some of the effects in it are still better than the crap being put out today.

I caught G.I Joe today. I thought it was ok. I thought it was better than the first. There was a preview for a movie called White House Down and this guy coming in late said "didn't they just make that movie a few weeks ago?" Ha sad but true.

In random movie news, local movie channel is showing Pulp Fiction, hard to believe it has been nearly 20 years.

I'm really looking forward to this movie. Not sure what the timeframe on it is, though.

Found out the other day that once my Marcus passport ($25 a month, unlimited movies) expires in July, I won't be able to renew because they're discontinuing the program. I'm pretty bummed.

I love how well it holds up. We watched it a few months ago and it was still awesome.

Saw 42. At times it was kind of "preachy" but overall a decent flick. The most emotional moment for me was when an older African American woman a couple of rows in front of me started crying during the Phillies game. That manager was a huge douche.

Yea I may wait for "42" to come out on Amazon or something. Looks great but I've heard it's just kind of corny.

Finally going to see Evil Dead later today. I guess we may go see 42 afterwards. The girlfriend is related to Branch Rickey so I think she feels like she needs to see it. I'm not that interested but it's either 42 or The Host. Ha
