Will Bruce be in the .250's by the end of this series?

Nix/Gomes platoon in Washington, just realized that.
Reds will need to score 7 to win tonight.

I've officially given up on this season. There is zero chance they can pull off a division win. They just don't seem to give a shit. Completely uninspired.

Nope the Reds will win tomorrow. They're very good at winning the last game of the series to avoid being swept.

Buy the $5 seats and sit anywhere. I might be there if I can get off work early.

Not good command but he's got to be better than Bronson.

Stubhub had row F right beside where the Reds come into the dugout for defense for $28
Front row in LF or RF for $19.50
Front row of the 400's for $4....but I like it down by the field.

Pretty good play by Alonso....but I've seen Dunn make great plays going into that wall.....do it consistently.
HR looked pretty slow...but got there. I think he had Ramon Hernandez by a 1/2 step.

Complete game for Mike Pelfrey.
The Reds should pay me and give my son a free strawberry freeze for attending tomorrow's scorcher.

Probably should...but the 8 year old really wants to go. We'll hit a LaRosa's on the way down and stay as cool as possible. Last time we did this it wS equally hot, storm broke out in the 6th....everyone pretty much left, we waited and sat the remainder of the game with our drinks on the dugout. In the top of the 9th Coco struck out Colby Rasmus to end the inning and Ryan Hanigan tossed him the game used ball.
Good stuff....hoping for some sort of repeat.

I was going tomorrow, but since it is on TV and after sitting thru that scorcher afternoon game at the Pirates last Wednesday, I decided to go tonight instead. More of the same with poor defense and lead-off walks being instrumental in giving up crooked number innings, with the Mets playing much harder and much smarter. It only took Alonzo's 2nd AB, after being called up, for his approach to be negatively affected. Last night he put a good swing on it and got a good double. Tonight he sees Joey hit it out again, so when he comes up with no one on and down multiple runs, is anxious, and takes a terrible big swing trying to hit it out to LF and hits a routine fly ball.
