cgw, it's nice to see I don't always have to be the one to call you an idiot--you convey that to everyone well enough on your own

What is not clean about benching the player for the entire season, not renewing his scholly, canning the coach, and self reporting it to the NCAA?

What's dirty here? Can any of you ignorant jealous idiots see through the windows out of your glass houses?

If they were clean, it wouldn't have happened in the first place, obviously. Do glass houses have windows, seems redundant.

If you're going to call OSU dirty -- then LSU, Oregon, USC, Georgia Tech and others get the same tag. It doesn't matter how things were reported, when they were reported, or how things were handled.

If a program is clean, it isn't on probation.

Pretty much sums it up. They're on probation, how can you say that they're clean? That'd be like saying that a person who was paroled and put on probation for a year, never commited a crime. I still find it hard to believe that Miles knew nothing about more than 3,000 improper calls being made. Face it, LSU is in the same class - dirty.

Apparently if you mention anything negative about an SEC team (doesn't even have to be Florida) you are an ignorant idiot, jealous of SEC success....lmao

No, oh your stupidity. You failed to see that the violations are themselves dirty, and further proof of why this type of shit runs rampant down south, because ignorant southerners are too stupid to realize violations are dirty.

Exactly, what's there to be jealous of? LSU was .500 from '08-'09 in the SEC. The National Championship that Les Miles won, was won with Nick Saban's players. Les Miles' coaching decisions are questionable - at best. And yeah yeah, they play in the all mighty SEC - but with only one school "clean" (and no it's not LSU, Florida, 'Bama, etc.) - they're just as dirty as everyone else in football. LSU should've lost to Tennessee last year, WVU should've won at LSU. They'll lose 5 games this year - easy. Oh, and you're a moron.

Sure seems like alot of people are jealous. LSU has been better than OSU for awhile in a lot tougher conference. And I guess Tressell won with Coopers players in 2002. Shoulda coulda woulda in games last year. At least LSU has a season to remember instead of no season. 5 losses this year when they are picked to win the title?...........you buckeye fans crack me up. OSU fans try everything in their power to find problems with the SEC (hence, top 5 topics on this site are about the SEC), and try to make tons of excuses on why SEC teams win titles year in and year out. Hey, whens this cycle suppose to end? I thought every conference goes thru spurts and that the B10 would be on top again? ROGL, ROGL, ROGL X's 456,789,432,438,999.

Tressel may have won the '02 title with Cooper's players, but he also made it back to the NC game twice. (Save your little SEC rant). Who's picked them to win the title? Anyone can make a prediction about who's going to play in the title game. LSU willl be .500 after their first 4 games. You're an idiot, and if you don't want your precious little team bashed - find some class, act like a real fan, and quit crying because someone is picking on your football team. LSU won't be relevant in the National Championship picture, until they get rid of Les Miles. LSU hasn't played in a BCS game since the '07 NC game. They're also 1-2 in their last three games against the Big 10. Now, go jump off a cliff and die. Please and Thank You.

The SEC's run will end sooner if oversigning is stopped. So long as teams have an option of bringing in an extra recruiting class about every 4 years, and then cutting players in favor of better players, the SEC has a HUGE advantage over the rest of college football.

To think otherwise is moronic.

Speaking of moronic...cats, if you want to be seen as something other than a worse homer than you've accused OSU fans of being, you should man up, admit LSU is just as dirty as their SEC brethren (sans Vanderbilt) and move on. I've accepted that OSU played dirty and got caught, and am ready to see what the new regime can do -- hopefully without breaking rules.

It's probably not going to be too much longer until Auburn gets hammered, has their title vacated, and the Heisman trophy won by Cam is taken away as well. So the SEC (Surely Every Cheats) logo will be refreshed once more.

Ohio state doesn't have a season to remember??? Because from what I remember, they were 12-1 with a bcs victory over your beloved conference (Arkansas )...which who oh by the way beat LSU

Oh you didn't know? When OSU vacated it's season, they also vacated our minds of all the memories of the 2010 season. I was worried I'd never remember, but then I noticed on Arkansas website where they lost to an unnamed Big 10 school...then my memory started to come back.

Your season is non existent. Doesnt exist. Cheating players and cheating coaches dont get wins, they vacate them. Only to an OSU fan does OSU's last season count.
