George says during the play that Stubbs reaches up....but he never did....how do you not reach up after that ball....worst case scenario you slow the lead base runner a step.

Why is Stubbs always on the not quite full effort in the OF?

He appeared to be safe but they let the baserunners go insanely far from the bag to break it up....they gotta allow that to keep it safe.
