Think that Antonetti needs to get something done TODAY before they start this 9 game home stand against the White Sox, Halo's & Royals.

As was mentioned previously, I could see them bringing in Willingham or Ludwick. Willingham has been on their radar for awhile and the latter two players are JUST the types that a Shapiro/Antonetti would bring in.

They are SO afraid to part with their "valued prospects" (that usually turn into shit because our farm system screws them up) that they won't pull the trigger on a bigger name if they have to give up any more than a bucket of bolts for them.

Now don't get me wrong, I think that White, Pomeranz, Chiz & Kipnis are "untouchables" but waving a Hagadone, Gomez, McAllister or a Phelps is a "no brainer" if you can get a true stud (that isn't a 'rent-a-bat') in return.
