The former Glenville High School football standout and Heisman Trophy winner was found guilty of having an unsafe vehicle, tinted windows and no driver's license.
An open-container charge was dismissed because it involved a passenger, according to Smith's attorney, Joseph George.
Smith, 27, of Quing Mills., Mass., was stopped by Cleveland police about 9:30 p.m. Dec. 23 at West Ninth Street and Main Avenue.
He was arrested when officers discovered a warrant issued in February for driving with a suspended license and failure to appear in court.
Judge Anita Laster Mays fined Smith $325. He must also pay court costs, which bring the total to $697.
I need Pick6 to lecture me about how it is a joke that Alex Smith is the starting QB in SF over Troy Smith again haha

Anyone see irsays comments? Something about "colts fans if you take any heat for the last season tell them to laugh at your 115 wins this decade and to kiss your ring"

115 wins-1 ring ratio isnt exactly a bragging point there Jim lol

It's sure a hell of a lot better than most franchises.

Wouldnt the fact that I knew Smith wasn't a NFL QB proof that I at least knew something? You on the other hand...

You didn't "know" anything. You said he wasn't good enough because the organization said he wasn't good enough. Just like these same organizations thought players like Jamarcus Russel, David Carr, etc are worthy of top picks. I may have been wrong, and don't mind admitting it, but at least I'm not afraid to think for myself once in a while instead of thinking everything these "experts" say or do is right.

I swear that dudes on crack cocaine. But he is right. Maybe 5 franchises can compare to that type of success over the last 10 years.

The thing is, 115 wins is great and winning a super bowl is awesome. But 115 wins should translate to more rings.

Not many franchises have that track record but SBs are the big thing.

...and like I said. Would anyone not trade it? only 2 teams have won multiple in the last 10 years.

I agree, they could/should have more. But 27 franchises would kill for that success over the last decade. Steelers and Pats are the only surefire ones who wouldnt.

I was moreso responding to people who were downgrading it. I absolutely wish dallas had that decade.

This. Would kill for the Browns to compete like that, and have one ring. No brainer for me.

I didn't mean to say he was wrong or anything. Just that you shouldn't be bragging about winning 1 sb and brag about 115 wins in the same sentence lol you SHOULD have more than 1 ring if you have that many wins.

Since 2000 there are like four teams with over 100 wins and no super bowl wins.

That number is an estimate. I wad looking at the numbers earlier. Was going to post. drank a beer.farted. Changed my mind.

Josh McDaniels to return as Patriots O-Coordinator. Bet Peyton Hillis won't be signing with New England as a FA. :D

Look at it from their stand point, Patriots and Steelers are really the only teams who have done better.

It is something to be proud of. Two out of thirty two can one up them. I wouldn't ride that train everywhere, but it wasn't a bad thing for Irsay to say.

The super bowl point I get...its adding the 115 wins in that just made me chuckle (and it was really only that..I wasn't trying to make it into a big deal).

115 wins is great. A super bowl win is great. But together, it should add up to more than just one.

It sounds like it should add up to more but only one team wins the super bowl. Whats the probability of 115 wins and a super bowl?

Either way, fuck it. We're on the same page. I got to pack.
