It ranks right up there with the Steelers losing to the Browns!

Not giving up hope yet. Both Denver and the Jags lost today. That helps any chance we got.

With Denver losing, the negative consequences of this Bengals loss are not much. They win the big game with SD next week, and the two following they have a 3 game win streak and momentum going into the playoffs and get a bye to heal some nicks, and get a 2nd round home game. And if they would be fortunate enough to get a rematch with the Vikings in the Superbowl, it will be harder for the Vikings to win the next one. And they could get a AFC championship at home should Indy falter! Great scenario, but it starts now, and there can be no losses from here on.

Man it seemed like the ending to the 1st half really carried over to the 2nd and it all went downhill from there

Both SD and NE both have a good shot of winning out. So I see Cincy with a 4 seed. I havent given up on a Steeler-bungal rematch.

I don't think the Bengals "shot" at winning any playoff game is much better than their "shot" at winning against SD!

Cincy hasn't played well in the 2nd half for 4-5 games now. They may just choke this away and the Ravens steal their spot because SD will beat Cincy.

If the Bungals and Ravens play the rest of the season like they did today, you Cincy fans will be pulling for the Steelers and a couple of weeks, when they play the Ravens. How ironic would that be.

bengals don't care about the ravens, all they need is to beat KC to win the division.
that said, today was sad. penalties again, what is that about 3-4 games in a row near 10? coles has been a complete bust, no use of the tight end down field, i was impressed with caldwell today on 3rd downs.
this was an ass kicking, but hopefully they bounce back like they did after houston.

Played a terrible game. Bratkowski should be fired as the offense is just horridly predictable and can do nothing. The Ocho TD was a great play but other than that just vanilla running the ball and throwing on third down. LJ needs to be used more IMO and they just need to be more creative. Not having Henry is having a huge impact, but they still have a lot of weapons, just not clicking for whatever reason. Thank goodness the D is stout. Not too worried about this loss as next week is the must-win if they want the first round bye. Not too optimistic at this point though.

Look at the standings Capone.... if the Bengals beat SD next week and then win their final 2 against KC and the Jets then we will get the #2 seed. This loss really had no bearing on what seed we get if we win the remaining 3. Troll all you want but at least show some logic... why would we have to root for the steelers against the Ravens??? All we have to do is win one out of the final 3 to clinch the division...

Not panicking at all................I would love to have the win over Minnesota, but, that would have just been icing on the cake. Tough game in SD for sure this week. That KC game looms as a very important game if Baltimore keeps winning and the Bengals drop one in SD.
Teams have really figured the Bengals out. Bring lots of pressure up the middle to keep Carson from stepping up into the pocket. He's no threat as a scrambler to the outside, so, this, in essence, stifles the passing game. Once you become one dimensional, well, it's easy to slow an offense down.
