Yeah...I dont care what the 'value' or appraisel is worth. I think on Pawn stars once I saw them say how much one of the items actuallly sold for.
There is another show.......new one...where it is an actual auction of the items. People, and pawn shops, will bring in stuff to sell at the auction. It is almost like a culmination of alot of the other shows. Sometimes they pick stuff, sometimes someone brings it up..but it is all for the auctions they hold. They always ask how much they wanna get, then an appraiser comes in and gives his two cents, and then they auction it off. A Delorian replica of the one in the movie was sold for like 55K I think.
Not a bad show. But the one thing...they dont say how much THEIR take is. Pawn stars always tell the people that the auction house takes 40% of what it sells for, plus a fee to be in the show.
