And I heard we won't have to deal with JVG and Mark Jackson in this game. THANK GOD!

Heard on ESPN radio earlier that Hubie will be doing the game, assumed that meant JVG and Jackson wouldn't be. So that was my only source, I hope to God I heard them correctly.

Miami +2 and the O/U at 181. I'm tempted to take Miami and the over.

Hubie will call the game for ESPN radio. Not sure who his partner is for those.

Actually I think I do know who it is but I won't attempt to spell his name here :)

I would take the over for sure.

Yeah who knows...I was surprised to see it that low. With ESPN constantly repeating that this will be a "defensive series".....with my betting luck it will be a defensive low scoring snoozer.

ESPN TV has the WCF, I am sure that Breen, Jackson and JVG will do that series.

I don't know about "for sure" on the over. Miami has given up 100 points 1 time in the playoffs and it was still only a 185 point total. Its still going to be a struggle for either team to get to 90.

I'm staying away from this game betting wise. I don't bet on my teams anymore because of bias. Won big, but lost big because of it. But hey, that's gambling. The odds don't exactly mean much, but interesting that vegas says Rose scoring 37+, Wade scoring 34+, and LBJ scoring 34+ are the best odds for each guy. If that happens, I think the over might happen.

^^^

Best odds how? Biggest payouts I'd assume right? That would mean those would be the least likely outcome. I can't really see all 3 of those guys going for those point totals in the same game.

Wow, just looked at the odds. I thought you were saying the "overs" on those three guys' point totals was the better bet. I'm shocked that the odds are that low for each of them to score that many points.

I'm pretty shocked too. However, I don't think it means much. They usually are pretty tricky about their actual gut feeling when it comes to individual scores. I think that would be a fun game if all guys get the over tho. Some epic scoring from the NBA's best.

I don't see wade and lebron both going over 35. I could see one of them going for 40+ though

Mark Kesterscheyer? Or however it's spelled? I bet Dr. Jack is there too.

Yes that is who I was referring to. I just tried googling that name and nothing came up, not even under suggested spellings.

Dumping off these posts from the Cavs thread, where they dont belong. Try to stay on topic.

The Boss;772251 wrote:I don't think he fits that well for one reason: when he's out there and getting the ball, LeBron and DWade have to stay out on the perimeter because he needs plenty of space to get his shot. Mainly because he is a softy, he relies on footwork and quickness. And that wastes the talents of your two best players for those possessions and makes it easier on the defense to guard those two outside.
thedynasty1998;772268 wrote:How often does he get the ball and they clear out? And you could say that about any post player. He's valuable because he can space the floor for them.

And Bosh is far more valuable than Ray Allen. Now it is fine to be critical of Mike Miller because he was a huge disappointment. Also don't underestimate the importance that Haslem would have brought.
The Boss;772272 wrote:A lot, actually. They stand around on the perimeter while he takes 8-10 seconds to get a shot. Take a guy like Amare and put him with LeBron and DWade and those rims will be hurting and they would be way better.
Pick6;772275 wrote:Haslem is back, though his minutes are limited.
The Boss;772280 wrote:Haslem won't be "back" until next season. He's got nothing to offer them right now.
thedynasty1998;772281 wrote:Amare is the best PF in the NBA so yes I agree and mainly because he is a pick and roll nightmare.

On the draft I saw a tweet about the Cavs taking Williams and then Kemba at 4. Not a bad idea if they go that route.

Posts were all about the CHeat when the Cavs just came away with the #1 and the #4 pick. Keep that shit in the CHeat thread. Out of the Cavs thread, I dont give a shit about Haslem and Wade' "ball handling" in the Cavs thread. They're were trying to thread shit.
